Scuba Diving Latest News - Scuba Diving Saskatchewan and the World. We have scheduled scuba courses throughout the year. Whether you are diving locally or in a tropical location, we have what you need. We provide the opportunity to explore the underwater environment from beginner to experienced diver. Ed's Scuba works closely with the Prince Albert Scuba Club (PASC) to support local diving experiences and exploration.
